These pages describe MundoFriends, a fictional site operated as part of a Crime at Home game.
1. Who operates this site
This website is operated by NUMABOL, S.L., which trades as Crime at Home and Crimen en Casa.

2. A fictional part of a game
MundoFriends is a fictional website. It is part of a Crime at Home game, not a social network of real people.
Profiles, names, photographs, posts and other material on this site are fictional. They are written and published for the game. They are not accounts belonging to real users, and they are not a record of real events.
Nothing on this site is legal, medical or professional advice, and nothing on it is an invitation to contact a real person named in the story.
3. Using the site
You may browse the public pages and search for fictional profiles. If a profile is public, opening it does not require an account.
Do not use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, to disrupt the service, or to present the fictional material as a real accusation against a real person.
Do not attempt to break into an account, probe the service, or copy the game materials in order to sell them.
4. Accounts
Public visitors do not need an account. Accounts that exist on this site are for operating the game.
If you are given a login, keep the password to yourself. NUMABOL, S.L. may disable an account that is misused.
5. Intellectual property
The story, the MundoFriends name and logo, and the fictional profiles are owned by NUMABOL, S.L. or used with permission. You may look at them in order to play the game. You may not copy them for a commercial product of your own.
6. Liability
The site is provided as part of a game, as it is. NUMABOL, S.L. does not promise that the site will be available at every moment, or that a fictional profile will stay online after the game ends.
To the extent Spanish law allows, NUMABOL, S.L. is not liable for loss that comes from using the fictional material as if it were real.
7. Law and changes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Barcelona, Spain, have jurisdiction, without limiting any rights a consumer has under the law that applies to them.
NUMABOL, S.L. may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page.
